HOW IT WORKS
GLAMMY 30 DAY GUARANTEE
If for any reason, you do not feel that your mirror from GLAMMY works for you, you are provided 30 days to return your GLAMMY Mirrors(s) from the date you receive your order to after the close of the 30-day window. If you have more than one mirror in your order only 1 of the mirrors can be opened and the remainder must be left in the box unopened. You will be credited back the amount you were charged, minus the shipping cost after we have received the product back in our facility. GLAMMY is not responsible for the cost of shipping & handling fees for the item to be sent to us for return.
GLAMMY guarantees that every product is free from all defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. We will repair or replace any defective part / product once visual proof has been submitted to GLAMMY that demonstrates defects in workmanship. All items will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Please note, light bulbs are not covered by the Lifetime Warranty. If they quit working from normal wear and tear or are broken by the user, it is up to the customer to replace the bulbs. BUlbs are only guaranteed during shipment. Meaning if you receive your package and the bulbs for some reason do not work or arrive broken we will replace the bulbs. In order to initiate this request you will also need to request an RMA and we will request that you send us the bulbs back.

TO INITIATE A WARRANTY REPAIR:

A customer support agent will issue you an RMA number that must be included on the package with your return.
