What's your Return Policy?

Do you have Saturday Delivery option?
If you cannot be available to receive your order on a weekday, we may be able to arrange for your order to be delivered on Saturday. Please contact us and we will help make arrangements.
What happens if I'm not home to sign for my package?
Please refer to the carrier’s shipping policies and contact them if you need to make other arrangments.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time we only offer international shipping to Canada.

Can I use a freight forwarder to ship to my country?
It is possible for you to arrange your own freight forwarder however we do not recommend it due to the delicate nature of the item

At this time we do not offer gift cards.
What if I want to wall mount my vanity mirror?
Our Marilyn and Ginger vanity mirrors can both be wall mounted. Please ensure you use proper tools when mounting your vanity mirror. To order an optional wall mount kit please contact 1-800-484-1181 or support@glammy.com.
Bulbs arrived broken what do I do?

Do you make custom vanities?
At this time we do not make individual custom vanity requests. If you have any questions please feel free to reach out to our sales department at 1-800-484-1181 or sales@glammy.com.
