Returns and Refunds

If you are not completely satisfied with your GLAMMY purchase, you may return the product within 30 days of the order being received (provided it is not damaged in the return process). Products may not be returned without an RMA form issued by an authorized GLAMMY support member.

You have 30 days to return GLAMMY purchase from the date order received to the close of the 30-day window.  If more than one mirror is ordered, only 1 of the boxes (mirror) can be opened and the remainder must be left in their box unopened. Customer will be credited back the amount originally charged minus the shipping cost after we have received the product back in our facility. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping & handling fees for the item to be sent to us for return.

IF RETURNED AFTER 30 Days Guarantee, the refund is null and void. You will be charged for to and from shipping. Meaning free shipping for purchase is voided if returned after 30 days. The amount of what shipping would have been will be deducted from your refund after the return has been processed (depending on order this amount will vary). Additionally, you will be responsible for shipping cost to our facilities and will need to be purchased by you from a carrier of your choice. We recommend getting tracking to have verification that the product has been shipped and received. An RMA is needed for all returns within and outside of the 30-day window. Customer will be credited back the amount originally charged after the item(s) has been received and inspected at our facilities.

You need to obtain an RMA form from Customer Support, this form must be included in your return shipment
